  Thailand is taking steps to address the issue of excessive heat caused by rising temperatures by promoting the use of energy-efficient appliances, lighting, and building design.  Incentives are being provided to homeowners and companies who install solar panels, and large-scale solar farms are being invested in to encourage the use of renewable energy sources.  The government's efforts to promote energy efficiency and reduce electricity bills are a positive step towards building a sustainable future. The Roadmap for Energy-Efficient Buildings and Construction in ASEAN provides policy tools for ASEAN Member States to drive energy efficiency. By investing in renewable energy and energy efficiency, Thailand can contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change
