  Governor Abdusakur M. Tan of Sulu recently met with a delegation from the UAE Embassy in the Philippines and the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation (Zayed CHF). The mission, headed by UAE Ambassador Mohammed Obaid Alqattam Alzaabi, was to promote cooperation in development, humanitarian help, and cross-cultural interactions. The pledge to bolster UAE-Philippines relations with an emphasis on development and cultural interaction was brought up in the discussions.
