Arnolfo Teves In a significant move under the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has taken action to block the assets of Arnolfo Teves, a beleaguered politician identified as a terrorist. The asset freeze is a preventative measure, according to Mico Clavano, a spokesman for the DOJ, signaling possible future actions against Teves.
