This effort, part of the larger "Zero Bureaucracy" campaign, represents His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister , and Ruler of Dubai's dedication to making government operations more accessible and user-friendly. U.S. Space Force Explores SpaceX Starship Launches from Cape Canaveral

  The U.S. Space Force, in collaboration with SpaceX , is set to embark on an extensive environmental study that could pave the way for Starship launches from Cape Canaveral. With the impending retirement of the Delta 4 Heavy rocket, the Space Force is considering repurposing Space Launch Complex (SLC) 37 for Starship-Super Heavy launch and landing operations. The environmental impact statement (EIS), mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act, will evaluate the conversion of the historic SLC-37, originally built in the 1960s for Saturn 1 and 1B rockets. SpaceX's plans include modifying, reusing, or demolishing existing SLC-37 infrastructure to accommodate the ambitious Starship missions. As an alternative, the EIS will also assess the viability of constructing a new launch complex, designated SLC-50, situated between SLC-37 and SLC-40 (used by SpaceX's Falcon 9).
