ting tactical bombardment. Key operational risks include: Siloing Defensive Assets: Spreading air defense units across urban and industrial centers degrades concentrated defense along active combat sectors. Blind Graduate Makes History as First Bar Passer in Philippines

Anthony Mark Emocling, a blind graduate of the University of Baguio, made history as the first blind bar passer in the Philippines. Emocling lost his vision at the age of five due to a medical condition, but he did not let this stop him from pursuing his dreams of becoming a lawyer.

With the support of his family, friends, and the University of Baguio community, Emocling overcame numerous challenges to excel in his legal studies. He had to rely on audio materials and the assistance of his classmates to access course materials and navigate the curriculum.

Despite these obstacles, Emocling demonstrated remarkable determination and resilience, and he successfully passed the Philippine bar exams on his first attempt. His achievement is a testament to his hard work and dedication, as well as the importance of accessibility and inclusivity in education and society.

Emocling's success also serves as an inspiration to people with disabilities, showing that they can achieve their goals and make significant contributions to society. It is hoped that his accomplishment will lead to greater recognition of the capabilities and potential of people with disabilities, and pave the way for more opportunities and greater inclusion in all aspects of life.
