Cambodia's Woo Donghoon Upsets Efren "Bata" Reyes in Men's Three-Cushion Carom Singles at #SEAGames2023

 Filipino billiards legend Efren "Bata" Reyes has failed to secure a medal at the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games for the first time since the 2017 edition. Reyes, who has won numerous SEA Games medals in his illustrious career, fell to Cambodia's Woo Donghoon in the men's three-cushion carom singles event.

The match was closely contested, with both players displaying their skills on the table. However, in the end, it was Woo who emerged victorious with a score of 40-33. The Cambodian player's victory was met with cheers from the home crowd, as they celebrated their country's success.

Reyes, on the other hand, was clearly disappointed with the result. In an interview after the match, he expressed his regret at not being able to win a medal for his country. However, he also congratulated Woo for his win and expressed his admiration for the Cambodian player's talent.

Despite this setback, Reyes remains one of the most celebrated billiards players in the Philippines and in the world.
