Trilateral meeting in Jakarta: Indonesia, Russia, and China

Indonesia's capital, Jakarta, witnessed a momentous trilateral meeting that brought together the Foreign Affairs Minister of Indonesia, Retno Marsudi, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, and the Director of China's Central Foreign Affairs Commission, Wang Yi. The meeting, held at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Pancasila Building, aimed to strengthen diplomatic relations and foster increased cooperation.

The trilateral meeting commenced with a gracious reception as Retno Marsudi welcomed Wang Yi to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs around 2:57 pm local time. Following the exchange of pleasantries and signing of the guest book, Marsudi and Wang Yi engaged in a separate bilateral meeting, setting the stage for further discussions.

Later, Sergei Lavrov arrived at the Pancasila Building with his entourage around 3:29 pm local time. Warmly greeted by Marsudi, Lavrov signed the guest book before the trilateral meeting officially began.
