Tech magnate Elon Musk has revealed that his brainchildren, Tesla and SpaceX, are actively aiding the beleaguered residents of Hawaii, grappling with the devastating aftermath of wildfires that have swept through Maui and the town of Lahaina. These two pioneering companies are playing a pivotal role in supporting the stricken population during this crisis.

Taking to Twitter, Elon Musk stated, "Tesla and SpaceX/Starlink doing our best to be helpful to Hawaii."

SpaceX's Starlink, renowned for its satellite internet constellation, has leveraged its capabilities to provide connectivity in Maui, the second-largest island of Hawaii. Reports indicate that over 650 kits have been shipped and distributed by the Starlink team to more than 40 organizations on the island, offering vital support to those affected by the disaster.

In an inspiring demonstration of collaboration, the non-profit organization Red Lightning Disaster Relief stepped in to set up free WiFi for individuals impacted by the Maui wildfires. Their effort was further bolstered by the acquisition of 20 Starlink systems, effectively facilitating internet access in Lahaina, a region within Maui County.
