 In July 2023, PT Pos Indonesia, the state-owned courier and logistics operator, achieved a significant milestone by inviting 1.5 million Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to join their Pos Aja digital platform. The platform offers crucial support, including training on online sales, marketing, halal certification, and access to global markets, empowering MSMEs to modernize their operations. This article delves into the transformative impact of Pos Indonesia's initiatives on MSMEs, fostering economic growth, and creating new business opportunities across Indonesia.

The Pos Aja digital platform has become a catalyst for change, propelling MSMEs into the digital era. Focused on food, clothing, and crafts, the website has attracted an impressive user base of 1.5 million MSMEs. Siti Choirina, director of the courier and logistics business, is steadfast in Pos Indonesia's mission to empower more entrepreneurs and aims to quadruple this number to three million by year-end.

Pos Indonesia has established a dedicated champion team to actively engage and assist MSMEs, ensuring their success in the digital landscape. This team plays a pivotal role in facilitating halal certification, implementing effective marketing strategies, and providing training for online sales. By partnering with ULBI (University of Logistics and International Business), Pos Indonesia enables MSMEs to swiftly obtain halal certification, opening doors to a broader clientele, especially in regions where halal consumption is preferred.
