The geopolitical landscape of Southeast Asia is undergoing a tectonic shift. For decades, the United States was viewed as the indispensable powerthe security guarantor that allowed the region’s tiger economies to flourish. However, recent events, culminating in the devastating economic fallout of the Iran war, have accelerated a trend that many in Washington failed to see coming: Southeast Asia is increasingly looking toward Beijing, not out of ideological love, but out of pragmatic necessity. This shift is not merely a preference for one superpower over another; it is a profound vote of no confidence in the predictability and reliability of Western leadership. Man Demands Justice as Fiancee’s Affair with classmate ends wedding plans

South Korea's leading 24-hour news station, YTN, is based in Korea. Yonhap Television News, or YTN, was established in 1993. The only 24-hour news FM in South Korea is YTN's radio FM, which also broadcasts the most recent news, traffic, weather, and music. It is transmitted on FM 94.5MHz. "Attorney In-Seop Cho's Counseling Center" airs at 11.40 a.m., following the YTN Radio news at 11.30 a.m.

This program offers legal assistance on a variety of topics, including personal, marital, and divorce matters as well as child custody and relationship concerns. It largely concentrates on legal conversations. One such instance that was talked about and broadcast included a man whose fiancƩe and girlfriend called off their nuptials. She allegedly had an affair with a classmate while getting ready to get married.

The man was in a relationship and he was dating his girlfriend who was three years junior to him. Deciding to arrange a pomp, he booked a honeymoon house and commenced to distribute the wedding invitations to all his kin and kith. When all the wedding arrangements were at the final stage, his girlfriend said,

“I recently spent a night unexpectedly with a friend who is a college classmate. I have met several times since then. I can’t get married because of my guilt”.

This led the man to a perplexity, so he raised questions for legal advice to get back his money, and the properties which he gave for her.

“I want to know how I can get damages from my girlfriend and junior, whether I can get back the luxury bag and watch I bought for them, and what to do with the reservation fee for the wedding hall that I have already paid and the penalty that I have to pay if I give up moving in on a lease” a voice which showcased confusion and betrayal asked the Lawyer Cho.

“When the engagement is lifted, you can claim damages from the other party who is negligent. You will be responsible for not only property damage but also mental pain, that is, alimony. You can claim the wedding hall reservation fee, and down payment for newlyweds that may not be returned while preparing for the wedding.

Male juniors who have canceled their engagement might be held accountable. But since they are gifts and the ownership is passed to the recipient, it is challenging to reclaim things that were given as a means of winning the other person over during a romantic relationship, the lawyer Cho said.

According to reports, adultery and relationship dissolution are on the rise in South Korea.
